I had my dress preserved there in summer of 2006 and have had many of my friends since them get their dresses done per my recommendation. All have been thrilled with the results! The bottom 2 inches of my dress was so gray it was almost black and it came back perfect! The best part is that you can open and touch your gown after preserving and I feel secure in the information they provided me that I made the best decision for the life of my gown. I must reiterate how incredibly impressed I am with your service. Besides being incredibly reasonable, you took the impossible and made it possible. My daughter Rachel's wedding dress had red interspersed with a cream color. Her sister-in-law worked for a dry cleaners, and she was going to give Rachel the cleaning as a present. Well, the worst happened. The red color bled into the cream of the dress. It was horrible, and Rachel was in tears! I found out about your service, and now I am so excited to take a totally restored dress to her when I visit in June. Thank you! Thank you! Hi Karen! Just wanted to say again how delighted I am with the work you did on my grandmother's wedding dress (it was the 1938 dress with the puffy sleeves and satin slip). My timeline shifted up a little on my move to California, I will be leaving next week. You had offered that it may work for me to store the dress at your shop until I come back in December to work with the seamstress, is that still an option? If so, could I drop it off sometime this week? I could stop by Friday over lunch, or before work Thursday morning? If either of those times would work, would you let me know? Thanks!

When I tried on the wedding dress that both my mother and grandmother had worn, I knew that it was the dress I wanted to wear for my wedding. In total, eleven family members have worn the gown – with the first wedding taking place in 1941. It had minimal wear and tear, but had yellowed quite a bit over the years and had some stains. Wedding Gown Cleaners was able to remove the yellowing and the stains, and when I wore it on my wedding day it looked beautiful. Both my family and I are very grateful that Wedding Gown Cleaners was able to help restore and preserve our treasured family heirloom.

Karen at Wedding Gown Specialists took excellent care of my wedding gown. She explained everything that was going to be done to it and the amount of time it would take. My dress was pretty filthy after my wedding and when I got it back, all of the stains and dirt were removed. I was given instructions on where to store it and how to properly keep it preserved. Hi Karen,I absolutely LOVED service! It took me seven years to take my wedding gown in to get cleaned and appropriately boxed up. Karen did an amazing job of fixing my wedding dress after having been damaged by a previous cleaner. The previous cleaner had left pink dyed spots on my dress and my beading had melted, leaving little spots on the silk fabric. I decided to get a professional opinion of what happened to my dress at Wedding Gown Care Specialists. Karen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with the previous cleaners. She completely revived my damaged dress and got out all the pink spots. I was referred to Karen by one of my close friends who had just recently gotten married. She said that Karen had done a fantastic job and she was able to see her gown after it was cleaned. Well I had a different situation. I had gotten my dress from my cousin who hadn’t cleaned it since her wedding, which was about five years earlier and the bottom was filthy. After I had my alterations done I gave my dress to Karen and it took about a week for her to clean the gown. It looked like new and I looked beautiful in it. I brought my dress in after my wedding and didn’t know if she could take care of all the stains underneath it. I also tried to cover up a tattoo on my back, so there was makeup residue on my dress as well. She was able to get all the floor stains, grass stains, and make up stains out of my dress. I really appreciate that Karen showed me what to do to care for the dress and that I am able to see everything that was done. She took extreme care to make sure my dress was just as beautiful as the day I wore it. I have friends who have gotten their dress professionally boxed at David’s Bridal and I wonder if they really cleaned her dress at all. The prices are extremely reasonable and I would certainly use her again if the need arises. I do refer all my friends and family back to Karen for all their dress cleaning needs.
